About the event
- Details: Missouri Place, a 74-unit, tax credit community located in West Los Angeles, CA opened in early 2022 by Thomas Safran & Associates, one of the largest affordable housing developers in Southern California. 60% of the units are dedicated to supportive / homeless housing, with the remainder being traditional affordable.
- Speakers: Hear from Tyler Monroe about the benefits and challenges of affordable housing development in the current political and economic climate. Tom Safran himself may make a cameo!
- RSVP: Open to members only.
- Dinner: We will have Q&A in the common area with dinner provided by our hosts.
